Sherry joined LD&B in 2000. She is responsible for the management of the division as well as servicing a group of clients and participants. She enjoys keeping up to date on regulation changes, servicing her customers, and showing them the value of the plans that the division administers. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and reading.
Stephanie has been with LD&B since 1994 as a Benefits Administrator. She has over 34 years of experience in customer service – 14 years in banking and 20 years with LD&B. She enjoys assisting employees by explaining the benefit and how it can help them, and answering their questions. She also handles the accounting for the division. Stephanie is a lifelong Shenandoah Valley resident. She enjoys spending time with her husband, reading and her dogs, cats and horses.
Megan Throngard has been with LD&B since 2007. She graduated from Eastern Mennonite University in 2000 with a B.A. in English and Theater. Megan has over 20 years of customer service experience, first in retail and now in Benefits Administration. She enjoys presenting the benefit to client employees and helping participants understand how Flexible Benefits can work for them. Megan is also responsible for plan document setup/amendments and non-discrimination testing for clients. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read, and spend time with her husband and pets.
Anngela started with LD&B in September of 2011. Her background is focused on customer service and she enjoys working with people and helping them with their needs. She handles the plan implementation which consists of making sure the clients are in compliance, giving educational meetings all over the state of Virginia and servicing a group of clients and participants. She currently lives in Harrisonburg, Virginia with her husband and her dog.
Karen Groves joined LD&B in 2014 after relocating to Harrisonburg from Florida. Karen has an extensive background in customer service and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Petersburg College.
Kim joined LD&B in June 2015. Kim offers more than 10 years of customer service experience. She graduated from Mary Baldwin College in 1999 with a B.A. in Business Administration. Kim currently lives in Mt. Jackson with her husband, Bucky, their daughter Micah and their pug, Oscar. Kim enjoys spending time with her family and being involved with her church.
Olivia joined the Benefits Administrators team in January 2016. She graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and is excited to be a part of the team. She has over ten years of customer service experience and enjoys making connections and building relationships with customers. In her free time you may find her enjoying time with family and friends, traveling, or testing out new restaurants.
Erin started with LD&B in October of 2015. She has years of experience in customer service and has joined to assist participants with their accounts and help the team with administrative responsibilities. In her spare time she enjoys spending with family and friends and traveling.
Chad joined LD&B in December 2017 with over 10 years of management experience. In his spare time he enjoys traveling and spending time with his friends and family.
COBRA Administrator II
Sue has been with LD&B since 2003. She enjoys her role as an assistant to the COBRA department. She also assists in other areas of the Benefits Admin team, as needed. Sue has lived in the Shenandoah Valley for the last 30 years and enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Benefits Administrator Receptionist
Shea joined the LD&B Benefits team in August of 2018. She is originally from Maine. Shea attended Blue Ridge Community College. She has years of customer service experience, primarily working in medical offices, and most recently worked as a phlebotomist for 4 years before joining the team. She loves to travel and create memories with her daughter, friends, and family in her spare time.
Trinda joined the team in October 2018. She is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite University with a degree in Communication. Trinda has 18 years of customer service experience, first in retail and now in Benefits Administration. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and exploring new places when possible. She always welcomes a good laugh, laughter is the best medicine and good for the soul.
